摘要
功利主义思想的产生发展历程源远流长,边沁和密尔是其主要代表人物,该文立足于全面系统地对边沁和密尔的功利主义思想进行比较,着重挖掘和分析了二者的相同点和不同点,同时,阐发了密尔在自由和正义两方面对边沁功利主义进行的补充和发展,试图通过整个分析比较的方法立主深入解读功利主义,并进一步认为边沁与密尔的功利主义思想对我国社会的发展具有重要的现实意义。
