摘要
志愿者已成为社会重要的人力资源,对志愿者进行有效的激励,能够吸引和留住更多的志愿者参与到大型赛会等社会公益事业中来。这不仅有利于进一步推动我国和谐社会的建立,同时也有利于志愿者自我价值的实现。
Volunteers have become the important human resource of the society.Inspiring the volunteers effectively can attract and bind much more volunteers to participate in such social public undertakings as the large competitions.It is not only beneficial to further promote the establishment of our harmonious society but also fulfill the volunteer s self-value.
