摘要
目的:探讨高龄患者胃十二指肠穿孔围手术期处理的具体措施。方法:对22例75岁以上高龄患者胃十二指肠穿孔手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果:全组治愈20例,死亡2例。结论:只要准确估计病情,充分细致做好术前准备,选择合适的术式及最佳麻醉,术中、术后严密监测,提高操作技术,尽量缩短手术时间,加强术后护理及各种有效的治疗,高龄患者是可以安全度过围手术期的。
Objective: To evaluate the methods of the perioperative management of the gastroduodenal perforation for the old patients. Methods: Twenty-two patients over seventy-five years old who have gastroduodenal perforation have been studied retrospectively. Results: Twenty patients were cured and two patients were dead. Conclusion: If we can understand disease-process, try to curtail the operation time. Strengthen the postoperation nursing and all kinds of the good treatment. The old patients can spend the perioperation safely.
