摘要
本文针对当前高职院校学生自我管理能力偏低的情况,阐述了要从转变管理观念、提高管理者素质、拓宽管理途径三个方面提高学生自我管理能力。
This essay to student of professorship universities and colleges self-managerial ability on the low side situation, is about how to raise students self-managerial ability by three aspects, which change the management idea, raise a administrator quality and widen the management way.
