摘要
中国软件业的发展需要大量的软件人才。尤其是需要软件蓝领人才。目前我们对软件人才的培养存在弊端,该文从以下方面进行了阐述:我们为什么和如何学习印度的NIIT模式,如何培养高职层次的软件人才。
To develop software industry in China, it needs mass of coders and programmers. There are some problems existing in our programmer training system. This paper delivers the author's opinion on why we need to learn from India, how to learn from India &NIIT, how to train the Programmer at our higher vocational education level.
