摘要
PTA最早创建于美国,并于二战后传入日本。这两个国家PTA制度的历史发展和组织体系不同,在学校教育中的所扮演的角色、所拥有的地位以及所发挥的作用都有所不同。通过对美国和日本的PTA进行比较研究,分析PTA在两种不同国情下的差异及其成因。
The first PTA (parent-teacher association) of the world was established in America in 1879,which is a professional,nonprofit volunteer organization committed to the well-being of all the children.Subsequently,lots of western countries including Japan had their own PTA.However,PTA has different roles and influence in Japan and America,which is worth analysis on the reasons.
