摘要
加强和改进高校大学生思想教育工作,始终是高等教育改革的重要内容之一。由于社会现实中存在着思想分层,当前社会变化对高校思想教育工作提出了新的任务和要求,传统的教育方法已无法适应时代的需求。实行分层教育是指针对先进性的教育层次、广泛性的教育层次和少数后进的教育层次要分别采取不同的教育手段,这也是当前思想教育工作方法改革的重要途径。
Strengthening and improving college ideological education work,is one of the most important things in higher education reform.Since traditional education methods can not cope with the social changes which result in the different opinion in mind,the stratification education is the critical approach to reform college ideological education.Accordingly,we should take different methods to deal with different problems from the outstanding group,the middle class and the coming population.
