摘要
水利问题自古以来便是与人们生活息息相关的问题之一。对水利问题的解决,反映了人们在自然环境变迁的情况下对自然环境的自我适应和发展过程。通过对大量碑石文献资料的解读,不但发现了清代陕州地区水利工程的兴衰演变过程,更揭示了随着生产力的发展,此地区基层群众管理各种水利设施和水利运作的宝贵经验,对今天该地区水利问题的解决无疑具有重要的借鉴意义。
Water conservancy issue is closely related to people's lives since ancient times,it reflect the changes in the natural environment where the self-adapt to the natural environment and development process.Through massive monument to the interpretation of literature,not only found in the Qing Dynasty Shanzhou evolution of the rise and fall of water conservancy projects,but also revealed as the development of productive forces,the grassroots masses in the management of water conservancy facilities and valuable experience in the operation of the water,with a view to the region today of solve the water problem for reference.
