摘要
旅游循环经济模式可以提高资源和能源的利用率,最大限度地减少废物排放,避免过度消耗资源、恶化环境。为此,旅游企业应清洁生产,促进资源的循环利用;旅游景区应考虑生态环境容量,建立绿色技术支撑体系;政府应完善法律法规体系,搞好生态规划和示范基地建设,以生态教育推动旅游循环经济发展。
Circular economy is best at raising the utilization ratio of resources and energy while utmostly reducing discharge to save the environment.Therefore,in tourism,clean production,circular use of resources,and supportive green technology system should be established.Government should improve the law and regulation system,invest enhanced efforts in eco-planning,set up exemplary sites,and conduct general eco-education to promote the development of circular economy of tourism.
