摘要
坚持人性化执法,是和谐社会执法工作的重要原则,是人性化执法与严格执法两个方面的有机统一。公安民警坚持人性化执法,必须防止两个误区:一是以"人性化"为借口,损害法律尊严;二是以"执法"为借口,侵害公民权利。为此,必须通过完善法律制度、提高民警的执法水平、完善监督机制等途径促进民警人性化执法。
It is an important principle to persist in with executing the law with humanity for harmonious society.At the same time,it is organic unification of executing the law with humanity and rigorism.During executing the law with humanity,police must avoid making two mistakes.One is to damage dignity of law with the pretext of humanity.The other is to deprive the civil right with the pretext of executing the law.Therefore,we must help the police execute the law with humanity through amending the law,heightening the level of executing the law and perfecting the supervisory mechanism.
