志愿服务是一种非政府系统的组织行为和服务行动,对于构建社会主义和谐社会,推进人类进步具有重要意义。同时,志愿者在作出无私奉献的同时,也在不断地积累经验和收获,使自己的生活品质有了提升。
Voluntary service is a non-government activity and service.It has important contribution to the building of harmonious socialist society and promotion of human progress.While volunteers are devoting themselves,they accumulate experience and harvest which can be beneficial for improving their life quality.
