摘要
采用文献资料法等方法,论述了新公共管理运动的起源,分析探讨新公共管理方法对社区体育建设的适用性,从更能体现公众体育需求和公众利益、更突出社区体育的"非强制性"和"自主性"、更好地提高时效、更能体现公众意愿3个方面指出了在社区体育建设中应用新公共管理方法的优势。
