摘要
美国继续教育的特点是政府重视、社会参与、紧密联系社会发展、逐步走向专业化。我国要给继续教育立法,完善继续教育体制;淡化成人教育的学历化倾向;广开学路,多渠道办学;树立“顾客导向”意识,培养受训者的实际应用能力。
American continuing education features the government's ample attention,the society's participation,close connection with social development,and a trend towards specialization.We should study and use the basic experience of American continuing education: perfecting legislation on our country's continuing education and improving the continuing education system;relegating adult education for academic qualifications to second place;running schools through diversified channels;and developing trainees' capacity for practical application.
