摘要
目的探讨高眼压状态下进行复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼的手术安全性和治疗效果。方法对我院25例原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者,在持续高眼压状态下进行复合式小梁切除术,观察术后眼压、视力和并发症等情况,评价手术效果。术后进行3月-12月的随访。结果术后平均眼压15.6±5.7mmHg与术前平均眼压41.2±6.8mmHg相比差异有显著性(<0.01),术后大多数病例保留了较好的视力,无严重并发症发生。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗高眼压状态下的原发性急性闭角型青光眼,能较好地控制眼压,避免了视功能的进一步损害。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound trabeculectomy for primary acute angle closure glaucoma with high intraocular pressure. Methods It underwent compound trabeculectomy which 25 cases of primary acute angle closure glaucoma were in high intraocular pressure at my hospital,and then were observed postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complications etc,and were evaluated operative efficacy.The follow-up survey was from the third to the twelfth month postoperative. Results It were significant difference between mean postoperaive intraocluar pressure15.6±5.7mmHg and mean preoperative pressure 41.2±6.8mmHg,( <0.01),Most of the patients maintained a better vision and no severe complications were observed .Conclusions compound trabeculectomy for primary acute angle glaucoma with high intraocular pressure can better contraled intraocular pressure and keep the visual function from more damage.
