摘要
社区银行经营机制灵活,在缓解中小企业融资困境、优化银行体系结构和提高银行业整体竞争力等方面的作用显著。因此,发展社区银行对促进我国经济的发展具有重要意义。本文在界定社区银行内涵的基础上,分析我国发展社区银行的现实意义,并借鉴美国的发展经验提出我国发展社区银行的思路。
The mechanism of Community Bank is flexible,it can provide better financial service for small enterprises,optimize the structure of bank system and improve the entire competition ability of the banks in our country.The paper introduces the meaning and realistic significance of Community Bank,then makes suggestions about its developing routes.
