摘要
目的探讨尿动力学检查在良性前列腺增生症(BPH)诊疗中的意义。方法采用laborieDelphisB型尿动力检测仪对临床诊断为BPH患者36例行尿动力学检查,并根据检查结果分别采用TURP、耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘、药物治疗三种方法。结果29例存在不同程度膀胱出口梗阻(BOO),可疑BOO4例,无BOO3例,逼尿肌不稳定(DI)12例,低顺应性膀胱4例,高顺应性膀胱2例,逼尿肌收缩无力2例,分别采用不同方法治疗取得较好的效果。结论尿动力学检查对BPH的诊断及治疗方法的选择具有重要意义。
Objective To study the significance of urodynamics in the diagnosis and therapy of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods We used laborie Delphis B urodynamics machine to examine 36 cases of clinically diagnosed benign prostate hyperplasia, using different treatment methods such as TURP,cysto stomy and medical treatment.Results 29 cases were diagnosed as various degrees bladder outlet obstruction(BOO),4 were suspicious BOO,3 were no BOO,there are 12 cases of detrusor instability(DI),4 lower compliance bladder ,2 high compliance bladder,2 acontractile detrusor,we have got better results through to use different treatment methods.Conclusion The urodynamics test have important significance to the diagnosis and therapy of BPH.
