Components and measurement of uncertainty of new high-tech ventures

摘要不确定性是影响高技术创业企业生存的重要因素。文章将高技术创业企业面临的不确定性按照来源分为技术、市场、组织和资源不确定性,根据大连市高技术创业企业调查数据采用验证性因子分析检验了不确定性的测量模型,并提出了相应的政策建议。 Uncertainties have important effects on the survival of new high-tech ventures.This paper identifies four uncertainty factors related to technology,market,organization and resources based on the data of Dalian high-tech entrepreneurial firms,and examines the reliability and validity of measurement model through confirmatory factor analysis.And the corresponding policy suggestions are proposed.
