摘要
目的分析中国城市院外心肺复苏的现状,探讨提高心肺复苏成功的有效途径。方法回顾性分析安徽省立医院急救医学中心2005年3月至2006年9月,接诊由120转送的呼吸心跳骤停病例153例的情况。结果急诊复苏成功率3.91%,存活率1.96%;院外急救措施缺乏;各种急症从发病呼救至达到医院平均时间34.2min～116.2min。结论普及CPR知识,加强院外急救人员BLSD-ACLS培训和复训,提高现场和转运途中的复苏技术,改善急救设施,缩短呼救至到达医院的时间等是提高院内复苏成功率的重中之重。
Objective To investigate the current situation of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation in cities of China and offer relevant suggestions for improvement. Methods The clinical data of 153 pulmonary cardiac arrest cases being conveyed to the center of emergency by '120' medical workers were analyzed retrospectively. Results The successful resuscitation rate of this group was 3.91% and the survival rate was 1.96%. The time between the calling for help and arrival to the hospital was 34.2 to 116.2 minutes. Problems influencing the success rate existed. Pre-hospital emergency apparatus were insufficient. The public lacked the basic knowledge of CPR. Training of CPR skills demanded to be popularized.Conclusion The current situation of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the cities of China can not be optimistic. The keys to raise the situation include popularization of CPR knowledge, strengthening training and retraining of the pre-hospital rescuers in BLSD-ACLS, equipment of emergency apparatus, improvement of resuscitation technique on the spot and on the way of sending to hospital, shortening the time between the calling for help and arrival to hospital, etc.
