摘要
目的总结重症肌无力危象救治经验,提高其抢救成功率。方法回顾性分析8例重症肌无力危象救治措施及效果。结果8例患者经积极救治后,其中有7例患者好转出院,有1例患者死于肺部感染。结论危象发生时须争分夺秒进行抢救,保持呼吸道通畅、维持呼吸循环功能,采取有效的各种护理措施防治肺部感染、密切观察病情的变化、帮助病人树立起战胜疾病的信心等,是提高抢救成功率、减少病死率的关键。
Objective To explore the rescure and nursing of myasthenia gravis crisis to improve the cure rate. Methods Clinical data of 8 cases of myasthenia gravis crisis were restrospectively investigated in our hospital.Results In the 8 cases,the survivals were 7 cases (the success rate was 87.5%), and 1 cases was died from lung infection.Conclusion Myasthenia gravis crisis should be followed emergency rescure procedure:airway,breathing and circulation.Nursing should pay attention to these aspect:intencive observation, rebuilding the patience’s confidence and avoid lung infection.It can effectively improve the success rate through correct and timely rescure and nursing.
