摘要
目的对异位妊娠误诊的原因进行分析,使临床医生正视误诊,吸取教训,善于总结,提高正确诊断率,把误诊率降到最低。方法采用回顾性分析方法对25例误诊异位妊娠患者的误诊原因进行分析。结果对异位妊娠误诊发生和原因有询问病史不详细,异位妊娠病史、症状、体征复杂多变且不典型,对带节育器、绝育手术后、口服避孕药发生异位妊娠的认识不足,辅助检查的不确定性,医务人员重视不够、思维方法不当,医务人员专业知识缺乏。结论了解异位妊娠的误诊原因,吸取教训,高度重视,认真预防是减少误诊发生率的关键。
Objective To analyse the reasons of the ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis,making the clinical factor taking the right course with misdiagnosis,absorbing precept,being good at summary,raising the right diagnosis rate,and declining the misdiagnosis rate to the lowest.Methods Reviewing method to analyse the reasons of 25 misdiagnosises of the gynecology in our hospital from January 2000 to January,2006.Results The following were the reasons of the ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis.Asking patient's medical background was not detailed;medical history,symptoms and physical sign of the ectopic pregnancy were complicated,volatile and atypical;knowledge lacks of the ectopic pregnancy caused by intrauterine device,sterilization and oral contraceptive;accessory examination was uncertain,medical personnel didn't valued enoughly,and the way of thinking wasn't appropriate;the medical personnal's professional knowledge lacked.Conclusion Investigating the reason of the ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis,absorbing precept,valuing highly,making earnest prevention can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
