摘要
目的对猪脾转移因子的生产工艺进行改进。方法在原技术基础上,增加了反复冻融工序,于酸性条件下对猪脾转移因子进行提取,比较现行工艺及改进工艺的提取率。结果改进后的生产工艺提高了转移因子的收率(收率由12.4%增加至21.2%)、含量及活性。结论改进后的工艺为利用超滤技术制备高含量制剂提供了基础。
Objective Improve the production craft for pig spleen shift factor.Methods Increase the jelly melts working procedure over and over again for,and in acerbic condition,compare the collect rates with the present productive technology.Results The improve productive technology has improved the collect rates(from 12.4% to 21.2%),contents,activity.Conclusion The improve productive technology is also the basis whitch is provided by the over filter techonology in order to preparate the high contents preparation.
