摘要
产业集群是大城市郊区经济发展的重要载体,承担着带动周边地区社会经济发展的重任。在大城市郊区规划创建产业集群既有独特的区位优势,也能够得到大城市功能和辐射,是自然和必然的有机结合。本文以上海郊区发展为背景,对郊区城市化与产业集群发展的互动关系进行了分析。对于政府在培育、发展产业集群促进城市化发展的措施上,提出了一些建议。
Establishing creative clusters in city suburbs will greatly accelerate the economic development of suburbs which provide better environment for industrial clusters’ formation in return. Thus there are reciprocal interactions between industrial clusters and urbanization in city suburbs. The present essay will illustrate the relationship and give some advices about how to plan industrial cluster in suburbs.
