摘要 以癸二酸、正己醇为原料,以固体酸SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2为催化剂合成癸二酸二正己酯。研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件是:反应温度220℃,反应时间2.5h,正己醇与癸二酸的摩尔比为3.25,催化剂用量为占体系总量的0.8%,癸二酸二正己酯的收率达到98.41%。催化剂可循环使用多次。该催化剂具有催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。 The dihexyl sebacate was synthesized from n-hexanol and decanedioic acid on the solid superacid catalyst SO42-/TiO2-ZrO2.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio and the content of catalyst on the synthesis were studied.The optimal conditions were determined as follows:the reaction temperature was 220 ℃,reaction time was 2.5 h,and the mo1ar ratio of n-hexanol to decanedioic acid was 3.25 and the content of catalyst is 0.8% by weight of the total system mass.The yield of product could reach 98.41% and the catalyst could be repeat used without any treatments.Experimental results show that the catalyst had many advantages such as high activity,non-corrosive and pollution-free to the environment.
