摘要
目的研究胃复力复方对昆明种小鼠胃排空、肠推进的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分成生理盐水组(空白对照组)、胃复力复方(0号、1号……9号)组、莫沙必利组(阳性对照组)。灌胃给药1h后,测定小鼠胃内容物的残留率、小肠中阿拉伯胶活性炭粉的推进距离。结果胃复力复方组小鼠的胃排空、肠推进作用明显强于生理盐水组的小鼠(P<0.01),但与莫沙必利组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论胃复力复方具有明显的促小鼠胃肠运动的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Weifuli compound,a combined traditional Chinese medicine,on gastric emptying,intestinal propulsion in KM mice. Methods The KM mice were randomly divided into physiological saline group (blank control)?Weifuli Compound (No.0,No.1...No.9) groups and Mosapride group (positive control). One hour after the Weifuli compound were administrated orally,measured the remaining rate of substance in stomach,the length that the mixture of Arabian gel and active charcoal powder in intestines was put forword. Results The effect of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of Weifuli Compound group was obviously greater than that in physiological saline group (P<0.01)and was approaching to those in Mosapride group (P>0.05). Conclusions The Weifuli compound has the function of promoting the motion of gastro-intestines in the KM mice.
