摘要
目的:为烧烫伤治疗提供一种安全方便的新制剂。方法:建立烧伤酊剂的制备、质量控制等方法,并与美宝湿润烧伤膏对照进行临床应用考察。结果:本制剂质量稳定,对皮肤无刺激性,治疗烧伤有抗感染、减少瘢痕形成等作用。结论:此制剂可作为治疗烧伤的新制剂。
Objective: To make a kind of safe and convenient new product for burn.Methods:The making method and quality control of alcohol product were established. Clinical application observation was carried out.Results:This product quality was stable, no stimulative to the skin.It had the effects of anti- infection and reducing scar formation.Conclusion:This product can be used for burn treatment.
