摘要
高校图书馆要更新管理理念,提高管理艺术,实现人性化管理的基本途径是加强高校图书馆文化建设,构建以“读者为中心”的运行机制,加强人性化管理的制度建设,提高管理者的素质,加强绩效考核和规章约束。
To renew the idea of management and improve the art of management,the basic way of realizing humanity management in university library is to strengthen the construction of culture in library,establish the operation mechanism of 'reader-orientation',stress the establishment of system,improve the quality of librarians and strengthen the evaluation of performance and restriction of regulations.
