摘要
要为全面建设小康社会“造就一大批拔尖创新人才”,就必须大力加强研究生德育特别是党建工作。文章从研究生党建工作的特点分析入手,通过党支部的建设、新党员的发展和党员的再教育三个方面,对研究生党建工作机制进行了较为全面的探讨。
We must intensify moral education especially party development in graduate students to bring up numbers of innovative builders for all-around easy society. Started with analysis of characteristic of party development in graduate students, the thesis discuss the mechanism of party development in graduate students from the build of party branch, the new party number development and the reeducation for party number.
