肺癌的靶向治疗 被引量：3

摘要 近几年来,肺癌的分子靶向治疗取得了较大的进展,靶向治疗新药不断涌现,在临床试验或临床应用中取得较为满意的结果,其中最引人注目的有吉非替尼(Iressa,ZD1839,Gefitinib)、埃罗替尼(TarcevaOSI774,Erlotinib)、赫赛汀(HerceptinTrastuzumab,)、西妥昔单抗(IMC2C225Cetuximab,Erbitux)和Bevacizumab(Avastin)等。
