摘要
以塔式起重机为对象,基于低成本的PC平台,应用3DSMAX及Virtools软件构建出塔机模拟操作系统.重点介绍了塔机操作及相应的软件实现过程,本系统实现模拟各种环境和工况,可专门设置危险场景以训练驾驶员对危险情况的处理.该系统将虚拟现实技术应用到塔机驾驶训练中,不仅使操作培训更加安全、方便,而且培训周期短、费用低.
Tower crane,a typical transportation machine,is broadly utilized in construction industry.In this study,a virtual reality (VR) based manipulation system is established in terms of a low-cost PC-based simulation platform using 3DS MAX TM and Virtools TM.In this respect,the tower crane operation and relevant software development process are highlighted.It can be found this system can simulate diverse environments and working conditions,specifically for perilous scenes that are used to train novice drivers.As a result,the tower crane training via VR-based technology becomes safer,easier,more time- and cost-efficient.
