摘要
大学生的教育管理工作必须坚持“以人为本”思想,本文分析了教育管理工作的特点和目前教育管理活动中的问题,提出了比较科学的教育管理模式。
The principle of human-orientation should be followed in the educational administration of college students.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of educational administration and the problems existing in the present work of educational administration,the paper puts forward relatively scientific model of educational administration.
