摘要
文章指出发展金刚石钎焊工艺的重要性,介绍了该钎焊工艺在我国的研究与发展,提出进一步发展金刚石钎焊工艺必须解决的关键技术问题,包括生产高质量的热稳定性好的金刚石、钎焊合金、专用焊接设备,发展金刚石规则有序排列钎焊工艺与多层金刚石钎焊制品等。在产品方面,要逐步取代电镀制品,发展金刚石钎焊绳锯与线锯,将钎焊工艺用于机械加工工具、矿山、煤田、油田钻具的焊接,以及用于切割铸铁、半导体工业的晶圆加工工具。
In this paper,the author pointed out the importance of developing diamond brazing technology,also reported the R&D of diamond brazing technology in our country and gave the key technique problems which need to solve such as producing high quality diamonds with good thermal stability,brazing alloys and special equipments,developing brazing technology with regularity abrasives distribution and multi-layer diamond brazed tools,etc.In terms of products,the electroplated diamond tools will be replaced by the brazing products gradually and the brazed diamond wire and wire saw should be developed.The high vacuum brazing technology is recommended to use in manufacturing tools for drilling mine,oil field and cutting wafer etc.
