摘要
使用新颖的超声处理装置,对过共晶Al-23%Si合金进行有无超声处理实验。研究了功率超声对合金组织形态、分布和性能的影响,探讨了超声对合金结晶过程的作用和组织细化的机理。结果表明:超声对初晶硅有显著的细化作用,分布更加均匀,并使晶粒的边缘圆滑过渡;对α-Al枝晶有超声变质作用,使树枝状晶向等轴晶转变;而对共晶组织稍有粗化。功率超声使合金的硬度分布更加均匀,耐磨性得到很大提高。
Hypereutectic Al-23%Si alloy was ultrasonic treated using a novel ultrasonic treatment equipment.The effects of ultrasonic power on the morphology and distribution of the microstructure as well as properties of the studied alloy were investigated.The course of crystallization and mechanism of microstrctural refinement for the ultrasonic treated alloy were also discussed.The results show that the ultrasonic treatment can greatly reduce the size of primary Si particulates,make them distribute much uniformly,a...
