摘要
当前,我国新农村合作经济组织快速发展,但由于新农村合作经济组织法律建设滞后,致使我国新农村合作经济组织的发展受到一定程度的影响。本文拟从完善农村合作经济组织法治体系、界定农村合作经济组织的法律地位、规范农村合作经济组织的内部治理机构、明确农村合作经济组织与其他合作组织间的关系和借鉴域外农村合作经济组织的立法经验等方面,对完善我国新农村合作经济组织的法治保障路径进行初探。
