摘要
本文从《劳卫制》、《国家体育锻炼标准》和《学生体质健康标准》出台的社会背景与生活环境、制约《标准》研制的三大要素、不同历史阶段学生体质健康状况的变化、科学研究的新成果与《标准》的演变与发展、学生体质健康测试内容及评价领域等方面,对这三个主要《标准》的产生、发展、变化的目的、意义及其理由进行分析论述,帮助人们提高对新的《学生体质健康标准》进一步的认识和理解。
By looking into the social background and the living environment which lead to the issuing of “The Regulations of Labor and Health”, “The National Physical Training Standard” and “Physical Health Standard for Students”, this paper tries to discuss about the three main factors that constrains the contents of the “standards”, the changes of students’ physical health in different historical periods, the new breakthroughs in scientific research, the evolution and development of these standards as well as the coverage of students’ physical health test and its evaluation. Analysis about the evolution, development and changes of the three “standards” and arguments on their purposes, significance and reasons are conducted so as to help people to have a better understanding towards the newly issued “Physical Health Standard for Students”.
