摘要
从培养高素质、创新型的大学生入手 ,介绍了大学生课外学术科技创新活动的历程。强调了大学生科技创新活动的创新性、向现实生产力的转化和道德维度 ,以及大学生课外学术科技创新活动在国家创新体系中的作用。在此基础上论述了遵循基本要求和搞好大学生课外学术科技创新活动应注意的问题。
The article, based on training undergraduates with high qualities and creativities, introduces the history of extracurricular scientific activities. It emphasizes the creativities, transforming to fertility and moral, and its role in national creative system. Moreover, some basic requests and problems are brought forward to promote extracurricular scientific activities.
