痴呆的结构性脑成像研究

摘要 结构性脑成像检查是痴呆诊断和病情发展评价的重要依据。对近年来结构性脑成像检查结果的定性和定量分析基本方法及其影响因素进行分析,用结构性脑成像对较常见的痴呆阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶痴呆、血管性痴呆等的研究结果进行了综述,并阐述了结构性脑成像之于痴呆的应用和研究前景。
