短波紫外线照射创伤局部促进创伤修复的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同剂量短波紫外线(UVC)照射对伤口肉芽组织中血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)合成及促进创伤愈合的影响。方法建立大鼠创伤动物模型,用15 mJ / cm2和60 mJ / cm2 UVC分别照射伤口,采用免疫组化的方法观察PDGF蛋白表达量的变化。结果照射组伤口中PDGF的表达量均高于对照组,在统计学上有显著差异(P< 0.05);在两照射组中,60 mJ/cm2 照射组PDGF的表达高于15 mJ/cm2 照射组(P< 0.05)。结论15 mJ/cm2和60 mJ/cm2 UVC照射均能促进PDGF的表达,且60 mJ/cm2照射的作用更为显著。 :Objective To investigate the effect of ultraviolet C(UVC) irradiation on expression of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)in granulation tissues after different doses of UVC irradiation on wounds.Method The wounded animals were irradiated by UVC at the dose of 15 mJ/cm2 or 60 mJ/cm2, and the method of immunohistochemistry was utilized to detect the expressing of PDGF.Result The expression levels of PDGF were higher in both of the treatment groups than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the PDGF level in the 60 mJ/cm2 group was significantly higher than that of the 15 mJ/cm2 group (P< 0.05). Conclusion 15 mJ/cm2 and 60 mJ/cm2 UVC irradiation both promots the expression of PDGF in granulation tissues, and the effect of 60 mJ/cm2 UVC irradiation was more obvious.
