摘要
地方高等教育要获得可持续发展,要做的工作很多。于千头万绪的思路和对策中,最重要的工作还是高校内部的学科建设。从地方院校的主要特点出发,应从学术方向、学术队伍建设、科学研究和加强学科建设管理四个方面抓好学科建设。
There is a lot of work to do if the local higher education develops sustainably. The most important work is to establish the inner disciplines from the following four aspects: new orientation in learning, the establishment of academic ranks, scientific research and the management of subject establishment.
