摘要
随班就读是特殊教育的主要形式 ,其发展程度决定着整个特殊教育的发展水平。而制约随班就读发展的关键在于师资的培养。传统的师资培养方式已不能适应和满足随班就读发展的需求 ,必须拓展师资培养的途径 ,变换方式 ,充分调动整个国家、社会和学校的力量 ,培养不同层次和水平的随班就读教师 ,为有特殊需要的学生提供有效的教育和训练 ,促进整个特殊教育的普及和提高。
The development of learning in regular class determined the level of special education, but the learning in regular class is limited by the effectiveness of teacher training. The conventional model of teacher training cannot fulfill the demands of the development of learning in regular class. We must enlarge the approach and switch models, redeploying resources for the country, society and school in order to train enough teachers effectively. So, we should offer effective education or training for the student with special needs to advance work in the area of special needs.
