摘要
本文就聋人高校的自主招生中存在的一些现象进行反思 ,认为造成现有聋人高校生源“悬殊大、质量差”的根本原因是聋教育体系的发展不均衡 ,而形成这些现象的根源是管理体制的不顺。要真正解决聋人高校自主招生中存在的问题 ,必须完善现行的管理体制并应该切实对残疾人教育体系进行系统地统筹与规划。
The paper discusses the independent enrollment of some colleges for the deaf persons in China, the unbalanced development of the educational system and the unsatisfactory quality of the freshmen in these colleges. The primary reason of the phenomena is the unsound administrative system.To resolve the problems the administrative structure should be improved and the system of the deaf education should be planned as a whole.
