摘要
本文从涡轴8离心叶轮罩断裂故障的分析着手,为进一步探索故障机理,采用振动模态分析理论,对处于自由状态下和发动机部件固紧状态下的离心叶轮罩进行了振动模态试验及振动应力测试。通过对试验数据的处理、分析,验证理论上的分析结论,从而找到了解决这一故障的行之有效的方法。
This paper describes the vibration mode test and stress test of centrifugal impeller cover under free state and components fastening state,which are conducted using vibration mode analysis theory,through analyzing the rupture failure of centrifugal limpel- ler cover of WZ-8 engine,in order to find the failure mechanism further.An effective method to solve the problem has been found after test data processing and analyzing and verifying the theoretical analysis results.
