摘要
清末民国时期原四川省基层邮政,尽管它“僻处西偏”,却也能伴随全国大潮“裁铺改邮”,且组织完备,业务发达,管理颇具特色。这为我们深入了解中国近代邮政提供了一个重要的窗口。
The former grassroots post of Sichuan in the period of late Qing dynasty and the Republic of China,though it was situated in the remote western area,still could go with the country's spring tide in substituting for the ancient post with postal service.And it also has perfect organization,developed business and characteristic administration.This provides us an important window to have deeper understanding on the modern postal service of China.
