摘要
现代各级教育都肩负着推进社会公正的使命,这使教育本身的公正和民主倍受瞩目。自20世纪90年代以来,教育资源的分配不公已全面、深刻地体现于教育的各个阶段和环节,其中,这种不公正在基础性的义务教育阶段表现得最为严重。最根本的解决办法是调整目前的义务教育投资体制,加强中央和省级政府对义务教育的投资责任,同时对农村贫困地区的义务教育予以政策上的倾斜和扶持。
Justness and democracy of education is getting more attention, for modern education itself shoulders the responsibility of promoting society justness. Since 1990's, unjust allotting of education resources has taken place in each phase of education, especially compulsory education, to which a fundamental solution is to adjust the investment system of compulsory education and strengthen the investment responsibilities of the central government and provincial government for compulsory education and give support and partiality on policy to compulsory education of poor countryside region as well.
