摘要
本文介绍了一种测定磷酸盐中氧同位素组成的方法。该方法的流程简单、操作便捷 ,其分析精度可达± 0 .2‰
The oxygen isotope composition in the phosphate has been recently used for quantitative or semi-quantitative paleoclimatological studies. An analytical method in this paper is presented for the determination of the oxygen isotope composition in the phosphate. In the analytical method the phosphate is first purified and then finally precipitated as BiPO 4. The oxygen of the phosphate in reaction vessels at 320℃ is released by the fluorination reaction, and purified; then the oxygen is converted to CO 2 in the conversion vessels and analysed mass-spectrometrically. The analytic method of oxygen isotopes in the phosphate is free from isotope fractionation and the analytic exchange, and precise to ±0.2‰.
