摘要
目的:探讨胆囊三角脂肪堆积对LC的影响及其预防方法。方法:对典型的胆囊三角区脂肪堆积者从体态,B超和腹腔镜下进行观察和处理,并分析可能造成的影响和提出对策。结果:胆囊三角区脂肪堆积明显影响手术操作,增加难度,由此引起的并发症比例高,占LC胆道并发症的44.4％。结论:胆囊三角脂肪堆积增加手术难度,引起胆道并发症比率高。
Objective:To explore the influence of Calot's triangle fatty disposition on laparoscopic cholecystecto-my(LC)and its prevention.Methods:64 cases of LC patients with Calot's triangle fatty disposition were analysed retrospectively by habitus ,B ultrasound and laparoscope. Results: Calot' s triangle fatty disposition can obviously increase the difficulty of LC.The patients with Calot's triangle fatty disposition have a higher complication rate, its complication accounted for 44.4% of the bile duct damage of LC. Conclusion: Calot's triangle fatty disposition increases the operation difficulty,and causes bile duct complications more commonly,so it should be cautioned by the clinical doctors.
