白肋烟烟碱的田间积累动态及其与海拔高度的关系 被引量:19

摘要 在两个海拔高度,设计7项试验,进行了白肋烟烟碱积累的动态研究。回归分析表明,打顶时上部叶烟碱含量平均为l%,然后急剧上升。烟碱含量的日平均增量,在打顶后第一个10d为0.175%,第二个10d为0.163%,第三个10d为0.133%,30d后日增量急降。打顶至斩株期间烟碱平均日增量为0.15%,二次曲线方程Y=0.20XT-0.0015X2T+0.97可以用作描述白肋烟打顶后烟碱积累的数学模型。海拔高度增加,烟碱积累速率降低。 Seven experiments with twelve cultivating factors affecting nicotine accumulation were carried out at Chuiba and Shadi of different altitudes in Enshi. The nicotine contents of 19th leaf of tobacco plants from bottom to top were tested. Results of regression and other statistical analysis showed that the average nicotine content at topping was only 1. 00% although it rose up later. The daily average increments of nicotine content after topping were 0. 175%, 0. 163%, 0. 133% in the first, second and third 10 days 9 respectively and then decrease sharply. Average increment was 0. 150% from topping to stalk cutting. The quadratic curve equation Y= 0. 20X2T- 0' 0015XT+0. 97 could be used as the mathematical model describing burley nicotine accumulation (XT is the days after topping) Days after topping was the main factor determining nicotine content of burley. The nicotine accumulation rate was lower in the higher altitude area.
