摘要
1999年 9月 2 1日我国台湾省集集发生 7.6级强烈破坏性地震。对这次强震的发生 ,应用 NOAA卫星遥感监测“地 -气系统”射出长波辐射 - OL R场的数据进行分析后发现 ,强震前至强震时 ,震央所在地域显示有长波辐射增强的变异特征 ,可能与强震孕育过程中的热状态有关。识别和提取卫星对地遥感红外波段的热兆信息 ,可望在监视预报强震发生地域上开创出新的技术途径。
Destructive strong eqrthquakes occurred on Sept 21 1999 in ChiChi of Taiwan Island As for the events, it shows that there exists stronger changes of longwave radiation field around epicentral area before ChiChi earthquakes by analysing the OLR data of NOAA satellite The characteristics of infrared radiation may have a concern with seismogenic process of ChiChi earthquakes It is possible to find thermal omen message of earthquakes based on satellite remote sensing data, and open up a new technique approach for earthquake monitoring and forecasting
