摘要
专业管理委员会是高职院校开展产学研合作教育的有效组织形式,主要由企业的负责人和行业专家、专业教师组成,对专业培养目标的制订、专业教学计划的审定、学生的实习、实训和就业等进行指导。专业管理委员会对高职教育教学的支持和指导的形式包括:引导企业向学校捐赠教学仪器和设备;引导校企共建实践教学基地;支持和参与教学活动;支持和引导学术研究和技术应用;支持和引导学生就业等。为了充分发挥专业管理委员会的作用,国家应制订和完善相应的法律规章。
Supervision committee of specialties is a effective organization combining production, teaching and research in higher vocational schools, which consists of managers in enterprises, professionals and faculty, and offers guidance to the training target of a specialty, revision of teaching program, practice, training and employment. The guidance and support from the committee come in the following forms: donation of teaching instruments and equipment from enterprises, a leading role in bringing about the establishing of practice bases with efforts from schools and enterprises, support for and participation in teaching activities, consultation for the employments. Corresponding legal provisions should be set up and improved to bring the committee into full play. At the same time, higher vocational schools should provide enterprises with talents and technology and establish a mechanism in which production and teaching will benefit and complement each other.
