摘要
本文探讨在醇提法提取麦胚中黄酮类化合物的实验中,乙醇浓度、回流时间、固液比三个因素对麦胚中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响,并利用正交试验法对三个因素进行优化选择,以确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,在乙醇的浓度为90%、固液比为1:3、提取时间为2 h的工艺条件下,乙醇提取麦胚黄酮类化合物的效果最佳。
The extraction technology of flavonoid compounds from the wheat germ with orthogonal test using alcohol as the solvents were studied is this paper. In the test three factors as alcohol volume, backwatering time, the ratio of solid to liquid were involved. The result showed that the best process was concentration of alcohol being 90%, three times dose, time being 2 hours.
