摘要
本文回顾了神经网络的发展历史,分析了神经网络应用于天气预测的可能性,及国内外用神经网络预测天气的实例。
This text has reviewed the developing history of the neural network, analyzed the possibility of the neural network applies to weather forecasting, enumerated some instance of neural network use in weather forecasting.
